Tiffany Yeung
SEMI-FINALIST 2023
Tiffany Yeung is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree under Min-Jeong Koh and Erika Raum at the Glenn Gould School, after beginning her studies at the New England Conservatory with Miriam Fried as a Dean’s Scholar. She has collaborated with renowned musicians such as the Amici Ensemble and the Kelemen and Kronos quartets and appeared in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Jordan Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, and Koerner Hall.
Tiffany won 2nd prize at the 2019 Shean Strings Competition and was a semifinalist in the 2019 OSM Competition. She was the winner of the 2017 Remember Enescu International Violin Competition and the 2017 Vancouver International Music Competition. She has performed as a soloist with numerous orchestras including the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and has served as concertmaster of the Royal Conservatory Orchestra, the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Academy Chamber Orchestra.
Tiffany plays on an 1836 Chanot violin on generous loan to her from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
